He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman C. Lamb, Sr. and Josephine Yotko Lamb. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Redd Lamb; his son Richard C. Lamb (Valerie) of Athens, GA; and his sister Celestine McGasko of Hazleton, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
