It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Powell (Augusta, Georgia), born in Graniteville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert F. "Bobby" Powell; her parents, Pickens Reece and Cora Reece; and her son Robert A. Powell. She is survived by: her children, Vincent Gregory Powell (Stacey) and Angela Powell Reasoner (Reno); her grandchildren, Michelle, Robert "Andy" (Melanie), Stephen, Robin Guerrero (Laurencio) and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Austin Lynn (Rebecca), Jarad, Carter, Landen, Lilly, Cal, Georgia Lynn, Ensley, Hill and Selah; her great great grandchildren, Amelia and Veda Lynn; her sister Shirley Ford (Robert); her nephew Keith Ford; and her sisters-in-law, Pam M. Chance (Wesley), Phyllis Powell (late Starling Powell) and Doris Powell (late Carl Powell). She is also survived by her family and friends.
