He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Julian Lazenby, Sr. and Vivian Barden Lazenby; his daughter Pamela Blakey; and his siblings, Robert Julian Lazenby, Jr. and Joyce Cook.
He is survived by: his son Stephen T. Lazenby; and his siblings, Willis Lazenby (Susan), Vera Williams and Shirley Sammons (Gene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
