She was predeceased by: her parents, Deacon Lenwood Moody Sr. and Missionary Rebecca Moody; and her brother Lenwood Moody Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Joyce L. Byers (Nicholas J. Byers) of Austin, Texas; her aunt Martha M. Rumph (Thomas Sr.) of Augusta, Georgia; and her sibling's children, Nicholas J. Byers II, Craig S. Byers (Hana M. Byers), Jeremy V. Byers (Megan S. Byers), Leonard Moody, Torenza Shephard (Elizabeth Shephard) and Geanne Pierre-Gordon. She is also survived by greatnieces, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mason Chapel Church of God (1132 Roselle St, Augusta, GA 30901).
