She was predeceased by: her parents, Jordan Courtney and Molly Courtney of Wagener, SC.; her husband Kenneth T Gantt; her former husband Michael Lively; and her siblings, Willow Thomas of Irene Keel, M. V, Rosier, Ethel Story, Juanita Garvin, Molly Price, J. H. Courtney, Philip Courtney, Ralph Courtney and James Courtney.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Sue Ringley (Coy) of Windsor, SC, Joseph Gantt (Susan) of Atlanta, GA, Charles Gantt of Evans, GA, Kenneth Gantt (Debbie) of Duncan, SC, Cynthia Walters (Jeff) of Winchester, OH and Chris Gantt of Evans, GA.; and her grandchildren, Carol Ann Newsome (Edward), Bridget Renee Lively, Angie Williams (Bebo), Ryan Gantt (Heather), Adam Gantt, Courtney Watford (Corey), Thomas Gantt, Alicia Patrick (Jonny), JJ Walters (Tiffany) and Joey Walters. She is also survived by 20 Great-Grandchildren and 24 Great-great-grandchildren.
