He was predeceased by: his spouse Sachiyo I. Vicory; and his father William J. Vicory. He is survived by: his children, Pamela A. Marler (late Jesse), Richard J. Vicory (Claudia) and William Vicory (Suzanne); his stepdaughter Fredda Jackson (Mark); and his brother Charles W. Vicory. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
