He is survived by: his fiancée Cherry Camancho; his siblings, Denise D. Rosenzweig (Paul, Jr.) and Randall W. Duncan (Beth); and his children, Laura D. Johnson-Putnam (Josh), Richard B. Duncan (Elsa), Matthew J. Duncan (Patrick) and Cynthia Black Duncan of Augusta. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; and his great grandchild.
