In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gail Croy, Andrea Walker, Linda Murray, Donna Jackson (Juan) and Richard Jones; his stepdaughters, Quanda Southward and Gail Randolph; and his cousins, Harriet Johnson and William Johnson Jr. (Helen). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the B. A. Williams Chapel (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815).
