He is survived by: his wife Sandie Ross; his sons, Guy Ball (Tina) and Cam Ball (Christy); his grandchildren, Ross (Shannon), Kyle (Lauren), Scott (Allie), Nicole and Troy; and his great grandchild Jay.

“Coach Ball was my coach, boss and mentor. He coached me in football at Evans High School (1982-1984) and was my boss at Health Central (1990-1991). While living near Cam & Christy, I was able to see Coach many times later in life and we always had great conversations. Coach will be missed and I’m grateful to have been on both of his teams!
