She was predeceased by: her parents, David Morgan and Leona McKenzie Morgan; her husband Richard Weatherford; and her siblings, Marion "Bubba" Morgan, Wayne Morgan, Donald Morgan, Tommy Morgan, Dorothy "Dot" Lyons and Judy Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Knapp (Richard) and Mitch Kirkendohl (Gena); her sisters, Marjorie "Tootsie" Doss (Ronnie) and Anne Mincey; her grandchildren, Stephanie Goodhand (Charles), Kalie Lunz (Kenny) and Dallas Kirkendohl; her great grandchildren, Morgan Levengood (Clayton), Jackson Lyles, Bryar Lunz, Kinsleigh Kirkendohl, Knox Kirkendohl, Jaxon Kirkendohl and Ollie Kirkendohl; and her great great grandchildren, Blakelynn Levengood and Joshlynn Levengood.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors (2502 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors (2520 Richmond Hill Rd, Augusta, GA 30906).
