She is survived by: her husband Johnny Elam Sr.; her children, Chantrice Cullum (Roy) and Johnny Elam Jr. (Valerie); her grandchildren, Jermaine Ratliff Sr. (Erica), Kyndal Deshong (Jordan), Jaylon Dorsey, Evan Williams and Kaylee Brandon; her great grandchildren, Jermaine Ratliff Jr., Noah Deshong, Av'Yon Dorsey and Vahari Dorsey; and her siblings, Carolyn Lawrence, Vivian Alexander, Kenneth Simmons (Kim) and Ricky Simmons (Pam). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
