She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Parks Spencer and Reita Hessey Spencer. She is survived by: her brothers, Lyman and Houston; her close friend Ace; her husband Ace Brown; her daughters, JoAnn Brown Maguire of Atlanta, GA, Summer Pharr (Kelly) of Davidson, NC and Autumn Brown of Penland, NC.; and her grandchildren, Reita Maguire, Davis, Holden and Anna Katherine Pharr.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Storey Chapel of First Baptist Church of Augusta (3500 Walton Way Ext, Augusta, GA 30909-1822).
