He was predeceased by: his stepmother Judy Foster. He is survived by: his parents, Dickie Foster and Linda Nyborg; his wife Jenny; his siblings-in-law, Jon and Susan Simowitz; his stepfather Larry Nyborg; and his brother Scott.
