He is survived by: his parents, Rachael Irene Carnall (Thurman) and Rachel Carnall of Elizabethton; his children, Hunter Thurman-Carnall of Elizabethton and Leo Thurman-Carnall of Elizabethton; the mother of his children Brittany Thurman-Carnall of Elizabethton; his siblings, Christopher Carnall of Waverly, Robert Wood of Fairhope, Alabama and Jenn Saiz of Florida; his aunt Deborah Thurman of Florida; his uncle Charles Thurman of Arizona; his close friend April Figueroa of Oak Grove, Kentucky; his cousins, Patrick Rhodes, David Rhoades, Michael Lopez, Jonathan Lopez, Teena Escudero, Sara Lopez, Alyssia Thurman and Alexis Thurman; his extended family Sunshine Thurman Perry; and his cousins, Sabrina Thurman Moon, Mary Whitaker, Glen Stines, Lori Smith, Ruby Smith, Tyler Smith, Nevaeh Dean and Pauline Oliver (late Joseph Oliver).
