He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia M Corley and James H Corley; his siblings, William "Billy" Corley and Charlene Hensley; and his grandchild Alexis Sparks.

He is survived by: his wife Connie M Corley; his children, Laura Smith, Jammie Sparks, Brian Corley and Bradley Corley; his grandchildren, Walter Smith Jr., Brittany Collins-Smith, Taylor Lucas, Zachary Corley, Cody Corley and Jordan Corley; his great grandchildren, Jace Pemberton and Layla Webber; and his siblings, James "Tony" Corley, Thomas, Linda Baker, Joann Pendry and Charles Corley. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
