He is survived by: his wife Georgianna Byrd Rowe; his sons, William Wesley Rowe (Robin) and James Robert Rowe (Crystal); his grandchildren, Shelby Collins (Chris), Megan Rowe, Zach Messer, Hayley Johnson, Peyton Rowe, Hannah Johnson and Hayden Johnson; his great grandchildren, Hayzel Howard, Brynnleigh Rowe, Hank Howard and Armani Johnson; his nieces, Terri Long and Andrea Fender; and his nephew Richard Fender.
