He was predeceased by : his parents, William Rowe and Dorothy Rowe. He is survived by : his wife Georgianna Byrd Rowe; his sons, William Wesley Rowe (Robin) and James Robert Rowe (Crystal); his grandchildren, Shelby Collins (Chris), Megan Rowe, Zach Messer, Hayley Johnson, Peyton Rowe, Hannah Johnson and Hayden Johnson; his great grandchildren, Hayzel Howard, Brynnleigh Rowe, Hank Howard and Armani Johnson; his nieces, Terri Long and Andrea Fender; and his nephew Richard Fender.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Starling Funeral Home (435 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Raysville Baptist Church Building Fund, 5264 Lincolnton Rd. NE, Thomson, Georgia 30824.
