He is survived by: his wife Linda Bowman Carbone; his daughters, Melissa Canfield (Shawn) and Alicia Medlin (Eric); his grandchildren, Maddison Hornsby, Riley Medlin, Chase Canfield and Jessica Canfield; his sister Theresa Carbone; and his nephew Vincent Acerenza (Susan).
