Chandler Sr. (Augusta, Georgia), born in Fruithurst, Alabama, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Haire Chandler; his parents, Ernest Chandler and Corine Chandler; his brother Virgil Royce Chandler; and his grandson Perry Ward Chandler, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Loyce Barton Chandler (Tina), Perry Ward Chandler (Wendy), John T. Chandler, Jr. (Kriston) and Gina Prather (Smitty); his grandchildren, Lauren Jean Mathis (Tyler), Chad Barton Chandler, Justin Daniel Chandler, Brandon Terrell Chandler, Blaine Alexander Chandler, Barbara Brooke Chandler, John T. Chandler III, Julia C. Chandler and William B. Chandler; his sister Ernestine Lambert (Bill); and his pet Tank.
