He is survived by: his children, Yamemah Thackston-White (Shane White) of Baltimore, Maryland, Gregory Thackston (Odaliz Thackston) of Sugar Land, Texas and Faith Thackston (Justin Robert Smith) of Frostburg, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Marah, Milah, Jariel, Alana, Ezra, Buddy, Aurora, Annie and Luca; and his pets, Donnie and Zoey. He is also survived by sister, a brother, several nieces and nephews.
