She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andrew and Flaura Dickey; her brother James A. Dickey; and her granddaughter Leah A. Drake. She is survived by: her husband James Neal; and her son Robert Drake (Margot). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sisters.
