He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Marie Neely Sapp; and his children, Ray Sapp Jr. (Lynn), Phillis Goetzman (Mike) and Ellen Troglen (Charles). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the The Sapp family, c/o Ray Sapp Jr., to help with Funeral expenses.
