He is survived by: his daughter Alice; his son-in-law Billy Burkart; his sons, Franklin Williams, Michael Williams and Richard "Ricky" Williams; his brother Cecil; his sister-in-law Betty Williams; his sister Mary Hall; and his close friend Connie Jackson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
