She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Addison, Jr.; her parents, Frank Nelson and Viola Nelson; and her siblings, Delois Nelson, Joseph Nelson and William D. Nelson.
She is survived by: her sister Ola Mae Marchbanks; her sister-in-law Louise Nelson; her nieces, Veronica Addison and Vicky Austin (Juadon); her nephew Henry Addison III (Ululani); and her stepdaughter Karie Raines. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
