She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ruth VanHorn Murray and Julius Allan Murray of Atlanta, GA.; her son Todd Andrew Joiner; her husband Richard A. "Rusty" Joiner; her sons, Richard Allan, Robert Bradford (Laura Lee Joiner) and Brian Patrick (Amanda Joiner); her brother Stuart Murray (Laura Murray); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Allison, Brad, Catherine, Patrick, Anna, Rusty and Violet.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Westminster Schools of Augusta Educational Scholarship Fund in her honor, 3067 Wheeler Road, Augusta, GA 30909.
