He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Smith and Glenda Smith; his siblings, Dwayne Smith and Karen Smith; and his pets, Maxwell, Binx and Max.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith; his children, Marie Parker (Scott Moody), Mike Greene, Tiffany Greene and Melissa Gheesling; his grandchildren, Maddie Parker, Katie Parker and Ella Moody; his children, Anthony Gomez, Aviana Gary and TJ Gary; his pets, Buddy and Bella; and his brother Kevin Smith.
