She is survived by: her husband Donald Ricky Smith; her children, Kristina R. Thurmond (Bruce), Tori L. Pou (Sammy), Dustin W. Heitz (Chrissy) and Donald Paul Smith Dalton R. (Tara); her grandchildren, Brooke Thurmond, Ansley Thurmond, Isabell Pou, Morgan Heitz, Chloe Yant and Kendall; and her siblings, Linda Usry Brown (Albert), Carol Usry Storey (Jerry), Terry Usry and Randy Usry (Charlotte). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Shriner's Children Hospital or Children's Hospital of Georgia.
