We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2026, at the age of 87, Kenneth Roper (Augusta, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Kenneth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kenneth farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Henry Roper and Eczell Cornelison Roper; and his brother Rodney J. Roper of Jasper, GA.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Allen Adams Roper; his sons, Kenneth Merrell Roper and Henry Allen Roper (Jenny) of Augusta, GA; his brother Donald E. Roper (Janice) of Jasper, GA; and his grandsons, Jackson Bolling Roper of Atlanta and Grady McGarrah Roper of Augusta.
