He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa Baxter; his grandparents, Robert, Mary Baxter and Faye Huff (George); his aunt Vickie Ellis (Brian); and his uncle Scooter Brinson.

He is survived by: his father Bobby Baxter, Jr.; his children, Ellie and Wyatt Baxter; and his brother Christopher Robert Baxter (Vicky).
