He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Douglas Hazlewood (Rick) of Nassau, Bahamas; his siblings, Debbie Douglas Hendrix (Bobby Lee) of Augusta, GA and Jim Douglas (Amanda) of Athens, GA; his grandchildren, Olivia Lomady (Joseph) and Whit Hazlewood; his nephews, James and Charles Douglas; his niece Stephanie Albert (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Fin, Owen and Douglas.
