Holloway (Michael); his grandchildren, Logan M. Gaines and Mauri A. West; his adoptive son Bernard Gaines; his siblings, Henry M. Johnson, Richard Johnson (Faye), Helen Henry and Anna Tanksley; his granddaughter Kenya Rose; his cousin Jane Gibson; his goddaughter Viva Henry; and his caregivers, Virginia Bowman, Bessie Jones, Pat Hoyle, Gwen Brown, Nancy Winfrey, Robert "Uncle Bob" Johnson, Kendra Griffin and Meeka Griffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and neighbors.
