She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Wilkie; her parents, Winston Campbell and Georgia Campbell; her siblings, Winston Eugene Campbell, Helen Smith, Florence Longerbeam and Cornelia Wilkie; and her former husband Charles O. Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Phillips Allen (Charles); her grandchildren, Charles Michael O'Byrne, Lauren Louise Azevedo (Justin) and Haley Howerton (Neil); her great grandchildren, Samantha Lillian Azevedo, Mason Robert Azevedo, Phillip Jackson Howerton and Kirby Ann Howerton; her sister Marian Martin; and her friends, Catherine Garnett and Mike Hitchler.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the "Love Unlimited" program at Trinity on the Hill Church, 1330 Monte Sano Ave, Augusta, GA 30904.
