She is survived by: her children, Michael Chastain (Donna) and Kendra Chastain (Latawrence Hobbs); her grandchildren, Ethan, Hannah, Noah and Ryan Chastain; her sister Patsy Ann Faulkner (Rex); and her niece Rexanne Faulkner.
