She was predeceased by: her father David Wayne Woolard; her stepfather John Daniel Swindell; and her sister Sherri Brown. She is survived by: her mother Linda Woolard Swindell; her children, Carolyn Raynack (Michael Rushbrook) and Benjamin Smith (Brittany); her grandchildren, Saira, Michael, Kirby, Timothy, Melody, Skylei, Jordan and Khole; her siblings, Elizabeth Piazzi (Matthew), Michael Woolard (Barbara), Kerri Ready, Kristie Woolard, Daniel Woolard (Kristi) and Jeffry Woolard; her adoptive daughter Mary Caley (Joe); and her grandchildren, Alaina and J. D. Caley.
