He is survived by: his spouse Miss Jacquette Perdue; his parents, Edith T. Murray and Sammie L. Murray of Santee, SC; his brother Jamel Murray of Greencastle, PA; his close friend Jacquette Perdue; his aunts and uncles, Shirley Shephard, Bettie Daniels, Mary Murray, Frances Moore, Beatrice Rodgers, Kathleen Mair, Lenora Shaw, Roberta Thomas, Regina Thomas, George Moore, Sidney Rodgers, Yisral Bey, Earl Murray, Michael Thomas and Melvin Thomas; and his nephew Jamel Wright. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and countless friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C. A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home (314 Laney Walker Blvd A, Augusta, GA 30901). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
