She was predeceased by: her father James Monroe Hoover; and her brother David Lee Hoover. She is survived by: her mother Mary Oetjen Hoover; her siblings, Danny Hoover and Patricia Lynn Frazier; her nephews, Scott Weirich and Michael Weirich; and her great-nieces, Tybee and Lola.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Augusta Oncology, 3696-Wheeler Rd. Augusta Ga. 30909.
