She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Cook; her parents, Samuel W. (Iris Guillebeau Wardlaw) and Augusta of Girl's School; her siblings, Samuel W. and Lula Sue; and her brother-in-law P. G. Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Cook Jones (Tony) and Charles "Chuck" Daniel Cook, Jr. (Karen); her grandchildren, Cassie Elizabeth Jones, Anna Jones Dinges (Ben), Anthony "Tony" Gene Jones, Jr. (Faith), Davis Jackson Cook and Jake Turner Cook; her cousin Robert Hawes (Vicky); and her siblings-in-law, Billie Wardlaw and James R. "Pete" Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
