She was predeceased by : her former life partner P. O. "Buddy" Davis; her mother Margaret Louise Gladden (Hamrick); her stepfather Thomas Roy Gladden; and her father Isaac Turner. She is survived by : her daughters, Denise D. Daniel (William Ellie) and Shannon L. Chitayat; her granddaughters, Heather Daniel (Dan), Ashlyn Daniel, Ember O'Byran (Grady) and Yorkie; and her pet Gracie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.
