She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Miller Meyer, Sr.; her son William Wayne Meyer; and her brother Charles Finley Rossignol, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Miller Meyer, Jr. and Charles Reab Meyer (Amy); her grandchildren, Megan Arnold, Ryan Meyer, Lynze Meyer, Justin Meyer, Patrick Meyer, Christina Meyer, Spencer Plunkett, Grant Plunkett and Amber Meyer; and her daughter-in-law Joy Newman Meyer.
