Marilyn Willis Obituary

Marilyn Willis, age 88, of Augusta, Georgia passed away peacefully on Monday, April 28, 2025.

Marilyn was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Marilyn and Delmas "Jerry" Willis were married on Christmas Eve 1955. They were married for 42 years. She enjoyed being in her flower garden. She loved nature. She would spend hours in her yard, tending to her plants. She loved lilies and roses among all her various flowers and plants. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and loved animals.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her loving husband Delmas Willis, daughter Cindy Willis Daily and her son-in-law Danny Daily, grandson Travis Daily. She is survived by her children Sherry Willis Buck (George-Deceased), Donald Willis (Jennifer) and Richard Willis (Jackie); grandchildren Christopher Buck, Amy Buck, Sydney Willis, Alex Willis, Christina Daily, and Daniel Daily (Amanda); four 4 great grandchildren Carmen Daily, Siah Daily , William Buck and William Daily and a host of siblings, nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

A graveside for Marilyn will be held Monday, May 5, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, Georgia 30906.
