She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Fowler (Mike); her daughter-in-law Janice Smith; her grandchildren, Mike Fowler, Jr. (Stacy) and LeeAnne Jones (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Trip Fowler, Cash Fowler, Ava Usry and June Jones. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
