She was predeceased by: her husband Chief JB Harrell Jr.; her children, Theresa Ann Harrell and Lloyd Edward Harrell; her mother Ellen Stiefel; her brother Thomas H. Sharpe; her grandsons, Timothy Harrell and Lloyd Harrell (Lee); and her daughter-in-law Regina West Harrell.
She is survived by: her sons, JB Harrell III (Jill) of Grovetown, GA, Giles (Tommy) and Dale J. Harrell of Grovetown, GA; and her grandchildren, Joseph B. Harrell IV (Dehlia) of Evans, GA, Christopher M. Harrell (Tammy) of Rock Springs, GA, Robert T. Harrell (Jocelyn) of Marrietta, GA, Theresa Bertolone (Perry) of Evans, GA, Giles T. Harrell Jr. of Wilmington, OH, Gregory M. Harrell (Mindy) and Jennifer E. Giles (Dennis) of Evans, GA. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.
