Armstrong, Jr., Frances Armstrong Guin and Mary Armstrong Maxwell; her children, Eugene M. Howerdd III (late Lisa), John Christopher Howerdd, Sr., Elizabeth Howerdd Stargel (Rick), Katherine Howerdd Price (late Benny Price), Maura Howerdd Burden (Mark) and Lauren Howerdd (Rachel); her grandchildren, Leah Howerdd Gaudin, John Howerdd, Jr., Tripp Price, Miller Price, Richard C. Stargel, Jr., Quinn Burden, Owen Burden and Leo Howerdd; and her great grandchildren, Rooks Gaudin and Wells Gaudin.
She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Armstrong.
