He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stevens and Delphine Barton Wilkerson; and his brother Nathan Stevens. He is survived by: his siblings, Doyle Stevens (Ollie) of Swainsboro, Frank Stevens of Palatka, FL, Chris Stevens of Palatka, FL, Tammy Fryberger of Statesboro, Francine Stevens of Atlanta, Edna Stevens of Palatka, FL and Jean Stevens of Palatka, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
