She was predeceased by: her husband Michael George Wilkens; her parents, Morris Whisnant and Hazel Garland Whisnant; and her siblings, Billy, Johnny, Wayne and Vaughn Whisnant.
She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Blazze Wilkens; her sister Joyce Wiggins; and her grandchildren, Samuel, Aurora and Avalon Wilkens.
