It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary G. Ammon (Augusta, Georgia), who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Grimsley and Bessie Melton Grimsley; and her siblings, William A. Grimsley, Jr. and Sarah F. Ray. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Ammon, Sr.; her children, Judith Ammon Evers (Robert) and Ronald Lewis Ammon, Jr.; her grandchildren, Matthew Evers and Katherine Briggs (Keenan); her great grandchildren, Ellani Evers, Lillian Briggs, Owen Briggs and Baker Briggs; her siblings, Betty Koch of Anaheim, CA, Jane Grimsley of Longwood, FL, Brenda Riley of Huntsville, AL and David N. Grimsley of Roswell, GA; and her cousin Miriam P. Bowling of Dearing, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
