She is survived by: her children, Sherron Sasser Shonk (Harold), Joe Sasser Jr. (Claudette), Deborah Sasser (Rick), Victoria Sasser Martin (Laurice), Marcia Sasser, Randy Sasser (April) and Julian B. Sasser (Claudia). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two great-great grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors (214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Little Horse Creek Baptist Church (814 Little Horse Creek Rd, Rocky Ford, GA 30455).
