She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Daniels and Marvin Wade Daniels; and her siblings, Roy Daniels, Leon Daniels, Myrtle Smith, Mae Culbreth, Sarah Milligan of Virginia, John Henry Daniels, J. B. Daniel and Betty Daniels.
She is survived by: her husband George Milligan; her children, Cynthia Milligan Owens (Mark Owens), Mary Catherine Bonham (Howard Bonham) and Carlton Brett Milligan (Melissa Beck Milligan); her grandchildren, Halle Kendal, Mallory Bonham, Rachel Milligan Gardner and Collin Brett Milligan; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Gardner, Jackson Beck Gardner and John Reid Gardner.
