“Not sure if this will reach any family, but I wanted to share my condolences. I worked with Biffy for 3 years in 1995- 98 with DFCS. She was a great mentor to me in those years and her influence guided me back into child welfare in 2005. I currently supervise the Independent Living Program for the state of Alabama, much to Biffy's credit and influence. I have kept up with her online and we tried to talk annually. She has been missed already in child welfare as she will be missed still.”
