She is survived by: her husband Donald Ward; her children, James Fredrick Cooper, Thomas Edward Cooper, Leroy Scott Washington, Patricia Anne Glover, Avie Jean Cooper and Vanessa Lynn Cooper; and her siblings, Jimmy Bentley, Caroline Cox, Ruth Avery and Carolyn Harrell. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren; her nineteen great grandchildren; her 2 great-great grandchildren.
