She is survived by: her children, Judy English, Trudy Johnson (Joel Penson) and Randall Johnson; her grandchildren, Travis Black, Lee Johnson, Tara Winters and Ben Johnson; and her brother Henry Hayworth Kivett, Jr. (Geraldine).
